The House

Table Cape Farm House is the original homestead of Fredrick Matthias Alexander who in the 1890's developed the "Alexander Technique", a personal tool that helps alleviate breathing problems and hoarseness during public speaking. Last renovated in the 1970's the house has continually been owned by one farming family.


Table Cape Farm House has 3 Queen Bedrooms and 1 Twin Single Room, 2 Living areas, 1 Bathroom with spa bath and a separate toilet, Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and board, Large plasma tv and dvd player, Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and fridge and an outdoor patio with BBQ and table and Chairs. Also Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner, Freestanding fire, Open fire and Single lockup garage. There are electric blankets on all beds. The house sits in the middle of a fully operating cropping farm, but is fenced and has a private driveway and garage.


Table Cape

Table Cape is a truly iconic location on the North West Coast of Tasmania, 5 minutes drive from the local township of Wynyard and the local Burnie airport. Geographically, Table Cape is a large extinct volcanic plug with 180m cliffs that drop away to Bass Strait,and is now used for farming and residential use. Cape View House enjoys panaramic 180 degree views of the township of Wynyard and the North West Coast along to low Heads on a clear day.
